Cherry - Rajamouli movie from 2008 Mar

As per the news, Rajamouli's next film with Cherry will only start in the first quarter of year 2008(most probably from March 2008 and will be ready for Dussera 2008). Rajamouli agreed to direct Cherry for Geetha arts banner, produced by Ace Producer Allu Aravind.

Allu Aravind is busy in doing two simultaneous films one each with Pawan ( Jalsa) and Aamir Khan( Hindi Remake of Ghajani). Both these films will complete the shoot by Jan 2008. On the other hand Rajamouli wanted to see Cherry's body language and style in Chirutha, before selecting any subject to him. Most probably he will do the script work for the next 3 to 4 months. Megastar Chiranjeevi is meticulously planning Charan's career by choosing top notch directors from the industry. Megastar also wanted to have bounded script ready before starting the shoot of any Charan Projects in the near future.

Movie launch - Ram& Seenu Vytla combination film

Muhurat of Ram’s latest film in the direction of Seenu Vytla was launched at Annapurna studios on the morning of 7 September. Genelia plays female lead. Ravi Kishore produces this film. Dasari sounded the clapboard, K Raghavendra Rao switched on the camera and Seenu Vytla directed the first shot.
                 Speaking on the occasion Seenu Vytla said, “I was impressed with Ram’s performance in Devadasu and wanted to work with him. Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan helped me in story department. This film is a love story with a little bit of college backdrop. There will be action and entertainment. Ram does the role of B. Com. final year student. Genelia is doing the role of US returned girl. There will be six songs scored by Devi Sri Prasad.”
                                                                                                                     Producer Ravi Kishore said, “We always produced family entertainers in our banner. I wanted to work with Seenu Vytla after watching Dhee. Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan gave nice subject. The regular shooting will start on 24 of this month.”
Ram said, “This is my first film on our home banner. I liked Dhee film a lot. We selected Genelia after testing many heroines. Seenu Vytla and Devi Sri Prasad gave musical hits in the past. This film will be liked by everybody.”

Charmi heroine in Akkineni Venkat's film

TotalTollywood earlier reported that producer Akkineni Venkat is turning to direction and his first film will have Jagapati Babu in the lead. It is now reliably learnt that Charmi is picked as the heroine in this film. Earlier Jagapati Babu and Charmi acted in Anukokunda Okaroju which is a good hit. Regular shooting of this film will start in November. It is interesting to note thta Anandi Arts banner will produce this film.
