Chiru openly said that he wouldn’t encourage to be branded as Kapu community party.In fact Chiru wants majority people from Reddy and Kamma community, if the party is to be floated into his party.
Pooling of funds was the main issue discussed in the meeting. They estimated to pool around Rs.175 crores

1. What will be Dasari’s role in this aspect? Will he come out of Congress to join hands with new party?

2. Majority of the population are from Scheduled Cast and Scheduled Tribes. Which way they go?

3. Telangana Sentiment is on its peak. What way Telangana people would
react? If the new party is launched.

4. There was no clear cut decision again from Megastar, as there was no expert to analyze the exact political scenario of AP.

5. There are some people pressurizing megastar to launch the party, irrespective of funds collection. But Megastar is not in hurry.
Recently CPM leader Raghavulu and other CPM leaders Y Venkateswar Rao and MP Madhu have visited Chiranjeevi Blood Bank and then visited Chiru's residence on Megastar's invitation.

Mega Star watches 'Chandamama' with family

Directed by Krishnavamsi and produced by C Kalyan on the banner of Teja Cinema, with Sivabalaji, Navadeep, Kaajal Agarwal and Sindhu Menon in the lead, the beautiful family subject 'Chandamama' was released recently and is running successfully.
Any good film would be a welcome for general public. But this film has something special. Padma Bhushan, Mega Star, Dr Chiranjeevi watched the film along with all his family members.
The Mega Star, complimented director Krishnavamsi personally after watching this film.
Is this a hint that Krishnavamsi is going to wield the megaphone for Chiranjeevi's 149th film? Hope so.

Balayya-YVS's Okka Magadu final schedule from 10th Sep

The next two films from Balakrishna are very interesting. The movie that is presently in the making is 'Okka Magadu' which is directed-produced by YVS Chowdary. Fans are expecting this to be his comeback vehicle as 2004 hit Lakshmi Narasimha was Balayya's last hit, while Narasimha Naidu was his last superhit. They have pinned high hopes on YVS as he could even make an elderly Harikrishna as a commercially saleable actor with 'Seethayya' and his last film Devadas was a superhit. The next schedule of this movie would begin on the 10th of September. All the artistes involved in the film would be participating in this schedule including Simran, Nisha Kothari and the comedians. The makers plans to release the film on the 11th January 2008. The Sankranthi season proved lucky for Balayya most times as many of the landmark films in his career released during that season.

Nitin-Amma Rajashekar’s Takkari in November

Sye was Nitin’s last hit. After that, the actor wasn’t able to deliver a successful film. His next outing at the boxoffice is Takkari, another mass film from Amma Rajashekar the man behind Ranam and Khatarnak. The movie has Sada cast opposite Nitin. The duo earlier were cast in the successful film - Jayam, which was a cult when it hit the screens. The movie made overnight stars out of both the actors. Sadly, both of them failed to materialize on it though they had a few hits after that. The talkie part of the movie is almost complete and would release in November. Chakri scores the music for this film.

Shakira to do Mumaith Khan's song!

International pop singer Shakira is likely to perform for a song that was originally done by Mumaith Khan. Yes, Shakira might dance to the song that was our Telugu item girl Mumaith Khan did for Pokiri. The film is now being remade in Hindi with Salman Khan and Ayesha Takia. The Hindi version is titled Wanted: Dead or Alive.
In Telugu Pokiri, "Ippatikinka Naa Vayasu Ninda Padhare.." is most popular number that made Mumaith a star overnight. For Hindi version, producer Boney Kapoor is planning to rope in sexy diva Shakira. He is desperately trying to get in touch with her. Will she agree? Let's wait and see.

Malaika Arora Khan is making her Telugu debut. The sexy Bollywood actress is doing item number opposite Mahesh Babu in Athidhi. The song is currently being shot at Padmalaya Studios, Hyderabad. Malaika who heard a lot about Mahesh in Bollywood has readily agreed to do the item song.

Happys Days Vs Chirutha

Sekhar Kammula's Happy Days and Ram Charan Teja's debut film, Chirutha, both are releasing on the same day (as per the release dates given by the respective producers) in USA. If common sense prevails in US, no Telugu would normally watch two movies in theatre in a single weekend. Taking that in account, it is a big risk to release a small-budgeted movie on the same day of release of a biggie. As already expectations are huge, and the curiosity to see Chiru's son is riding high for Chirutha, it is really a big risk on part of Sekhar Kammula to release his movie, Happy Days, on the same day. Why is Sekhar is taking big risk is the question that is on everyone's mind. Probably he is 100 per cent confident about his film. It is nteresting to note that his first Telugu film, Anand, also took on mighty Chiranjeevi's Shankardada MBBS.

Chirutha promo in two days

Chirutha will be hitting on September 28th, producer Ashwinidutt proclaimed. That means just 10 more days are left for the D-Day. Yet, no trailer or promo has been released. Fans and the industry watchers alike are waiting to see the first promo or trailer of Megastar's son's maiden movie. Probably keeping this in mind (the gargantuan expectations), no trailers has been aired despite the fact that the release date is nearing. Buzz is that it will be out in a day or two. Mokshagna in Okka Magadu!

Balakrishna's son Mokshagna is making debut. According to sources, the young Nandamuri kid will appear in YVS's Okkamagadu for a brief time. Though it is not a 'role' or 'character', Mokshagna will be seen before the credits roll on, sources informed.

'Chiruta' to hit screen on Puri's birthday

It is well aware that Ram Charan Tej, son of Padma Bhushan, Mega Star, Dr Chiranjeevi, is making his debut as hero through 'Chirutha'.
The film is directed by versatile director Puri Jagannath and is being produced by Mega Producer C Aswanidutt on the banner of Vyjayanti Movies.
There are heavy expectations on the film among the Mega Star fans, Power Star fans in particular and the Telugu audiences and film industry circles in general.
The film unit is claiming that Ram Charan Tej proved that he is the perfect heir to his father in films and showed good ease in dances and fights in his own inimitable style.
It is also learnt that Ram Charan Tej's name would appear in titles as just 'Charan Tej'.
